The ConsuLab MP-1918 is a CAN Bus Multiplex trainer that communicates in J-1939 protocol. Digital and analog inputs and outputs can be activated. Analog signals can be displayed using the J-1939 display. The trainer utilizes the “Moduponent®” design feature which allows unlimited expansion capabilities. This unit is equipped with an integrated electronic fault box containing 12 faults.
The training aid includes a complete curriculum to make teaching CAN Bus as easy as possible.
The CAN Bus training system can be single-sided (-1S), double-sided (-1D), or used in combination with the ConsuLab Automotive Lighting System trainer.

SRS Restraints & Air Bag Diagnostic Trainer
The EM-300-07 SRS Restraints & Air Bag Diagnostic Trainer is designed to help instructors teach supplemental restraint systems and their interaction with the sensors and diagnostics. This information is shared on a CAN Bus network. This trainer may be used by instructors for ensuring student understanding of the basic system fundamentals and functionality. While the solid-propellant inflators are already detonated, the circuits function as normal in a fully live system providing the learner with real world hands on experience. An important feature is that EVERY SINGLE CONNECTOR has its own test points and a connector disconnect/connect switch that helps to enable the available 26 systems faults for real diagnosis without potential damaging of OEM connectors with repeated disconnect/connect cycles.

Suspension and Steering Trainer
The ConsuLab EM-130 Suspension and Steering trainer is designed to assist instructors in teaching basic alignment geometry and the function of a MacPherson strut suspension system with rack & pinion steering. The trainer is extremely versatile in that students can easily visualize all component operation as well as practice adjusting the various alignment angles. The trainer is equipped with two movable turntables and a magnetic alignment measuring gauge to assist students in observing actual measurement and changes in alignment angles. Students can also visualize and learn common braking system components.

Fuel Injection & Engine Management Trainer
The ConsuLab EM-330-1 Fuel Injection and Engine Management Trainer functions as in a real automobile, but uses non-flammable fluid instead of gasoline for safety and educational purposes. The trainer is used to teach and demonstrate engine management systems in a vehicle. The advantage to the trainer comes in the fact that it produces no exhaust, will fit through virtually any doorway, has adjustable inputs and is the actual system used on the vehicle.

Coil on Plug Ignition System Trainer
The ConsuLab EM-200-14 trainer allows for the demonstration of a complete ignition system with real-world components using COP technology. Terminal block receptacles are provided for diagnostic test points. A 12V source is required to operate the trainer.
