Students get in-depth, hands-on training in the fundamentals of hydraulics, advanced hydraulics, troubleshooting, safety, and more with over 40 hours of curriculum in the base system, additional 40 hours in troubleshooting, and more with additional options.

With the built-in monitor, instructors can automatically track student activity to determine whether they truly understand how to effectively diagnose hydraulics problems or are just “replacing parts” at random!

These plug-and-play options attach simply and easily to the MF-102 series trainers and integrate seamlessly with all training components.

3. Flex-Plate Add-Ons:

Adding components to the MF-102 Hydraulics Training System is as easy as plugging in a toaster. Choose your component and base plate and “plug it in” whenever it’s needed. The base-station is conveniently equipped with a 24VDC power receptacle and an on/off switch.

Toolkit’s FPTI Hydraulics Training System with Troubleshooting and Touchscreen interface for student tracking and curriculum. As an added option, you can program any machine’s hydraulic system into the PC’s database. This is an excellent feature for machine and equipment manufacturers who want to teach their personnel and clients how to setup and/or troubleshoot their own machines.
