Cutaway Diesel Exhaust After-Treatment System
The ConsuLab EC-490 Cutaway Diesel Exhaust System Trainer allows students to view the components of a diesel exhaust aftertreatment system using LED’s and electronic controls to help learners understand the function, and effect on, diesel engine exhaust gases following the combustion cycle.
The trainer uses multiple colored LED’s to represent the gases that flow in the exhaust system and, demonstrates the chemical reactions within each of the aftertreatment processes.

Cutaway Active Brake Booster and Master Cylinder
The ConsuLab EC-122 cutaway allows to visually demonstrate the operation and internal parts of a vacuum brake booster and master cylinder. The trainer is equipped with a braking handle that simulates the brake pedal for educational purposes. On a vehicle when the driver depresses the brake pedal, the movement is transformed into hydraulic pressure that is delivered to hydraulic cylinders at the four wheels through pipes and hoses using an incompressible fluid.

Driveshaft Angle Trainer
The ConsuLab Driveshaft Working Angle Trainer EM-200-28 is designed to help demonstrate and simplify the complex acceleration and deceleration phenomenon that occurs in revolving universal joints and drive shafts operating at various angles.
Even when the input driveshaft rotates at constant speed, the output driveshaft maintains a variable speed depending on the angle between them, which causes vibrations and wear over time. The higher the angle between the shafts, the more amplified the effect is.

Learners develop diagnostic skills using this blended e-learning and mechanical training aid package. The combination of Electude’s e-learning modules with ConsuLab’s tabletop sensors training system creates a dynamic, hands-on environment for every level of learner. The package covers some of the most common analog and digital sensors, including hall effect and magneto resistance.
