Toyota Corolla 1.8L Engine Trainer with HVAC
The ConsuLab EM-140C-TYO2 engine trainer is a fully functional recycled engine mounted on a mobile stand. The trainer is based on a 2014-2018 Toyota Corolla 1.8L global vehicle platform. The trainer has easy access for service procedures of all major components. Wire colors and connectors match OEM configuration and service information. Trainer is mounted on a mobile stand constructed of powder coated 2” square steel tubing equipped with four 5” phenol casters (2 fixed and 2 swivel w/locks) for easy transport. Many ASE Education Foundation tasks can be performed with this trainer pertaining to areas A6 (Electrical) & A8 (Engine Performance). Full protection safety guards are installed covering all rotating components.

The ConsuLab EM-140 engine performance trainer is a fully operational engine mounted on a mobile stand. Trainer is based on 2007 and newer GM ECOTEC 2.2L global engine platform. ELECTUDE Courseware for Ohm’s Law Trainer
The perfect eLearning complement to Consulab’s Ohm’s Law & DC Circuit Trainer, ELECTUDE’s courseware consists of 35 student-led learning modules and over 19.5 hours of instruction with practical set-up and the associated eLearning.
Students learn basic electric and electronic theory with a combination of Electude lessons, ConsuLab’s Ohm’s Law training system, and follow-up activities. The training aid includes a multimeter, as well as jumper wires to allow students to build circuits for various components, learn series and parallel circuit construction and complete measurements and diagnosis.
The practical set-up contains a multimeter and all necessary components that can be connected to each other with the help of the accompanying wiring set, and is used to teach participants the most important basic concepts from electrical engineering, including: Ohm’s law, using the multimeter, building circuits and measuring circuits/components.

Learners develop diagnostic skills using this blended e-learning and mechanical training aid package. The combination of Electude’s e-learning modules with ConsuLab’s tabletop sensors training system creates a dynamic, hands-on environment for every level of learner. The package covers some of the most common analog and digital sensors, including hall effect and magneto resistance.
With this practical set-up, the participant can supplement previously acquired knowledge of sensors with practical skills. The practical set-up contains four sensors for determining speed and position; inductive, Hall, MRE with internal and MRE with external magnet.
