GM Cobalt or Pontiac G5 2.2L Ecotec Engine Trainer with HVAC
The ConsuLab EM-140 engine performance trainer with HVAC is a fully operational engine mounted on a mobile stand. Trainer is based on 2009-2010 and newer GM ECOTEC 2.2L global engine platform. The trainer is easy to work on and all major components, wiring and connectors match OEM configuration. Trainer is mounted on a mobile stand constructed of 2” tubular steel equipped with four 5” phenol casters (2-fixed and 2-swivel w/locks). Students can perform many ASE Education Foundation related Engine Performance and Electrical/Electronic tasks using this trainer. Trainer is equipped with safety guards covering all rotating components.

Using the same techniques and expertise that we have developed over the past 20 years in automotive engine bench fabrication, we are now offering our service for motorcycles. We will take your supplied motorcycle (donation or purchased) and turn it into a pedagogical teaching tool.
