Cutaway Allison Transmission – 3000 SERIES
The ConsuLab EC-1106-03 cutaway Allison transmission has been specifically designed for teaching heavy duty automatic transmission theory and operation. It has been strategically sectioned and cutaway to allow students to visualize the internal transmission functions.
The Allison 3000 series is a fully automatic torque converter driven, electronically controlled 6-speed automatic transmission that is commonly used in coaches and heavy vehicles.
The other Allison Series are available on request.

Cutaway Allison Transmission – 1000 SERIES
The ConsuLab EC-1106-01 cutaway Allison transmission has been specifically designed for teaching heavy duty automatic transmission theory and operation. It has been strategically sectioned and cutaway to allow students to visualize the internal transmission functions. The Allison 1000 series is a fully automatic torque converter driven, electronically controlled 5-speed automatic transmission that is commonly used in trucks and light vehicles. It has neutral, reverse, and up to 6 forward speeds, with 5th and 6th gears being overdrive.

GM Cobalt or Pontiac G5 2.2L Ecotec Engine Trainer with HVAC
The ConsuLab EM-140 engine performance trainer with HVAC is a fully operational engine mounted on a mobile stand. Trainer is based on 2009-2010 and newer GM ECOTEC 2.2L global engine platform. The trainer is easy to work on and all major components, wiring and connectors match OEM configuration. Trainer is mounted on a mobile stand constructed of 2” tubular steel equipped with four 5” phenol casters (2-fixed and 2-swivel w/locks). Students can perform many ASE Education Foundation related Engine Performance and Electrical/Electronic tasks using this trainer. Trainer is equipped with safety guards covering all rotating components.

Driveshaft Angle Trainer
The ConsuLab Driveshaft Working Angle Trainer EM-200-28 is designed to help demonstrate and simplify the complex acceleration and deceleration phenomenon that occurs in revolving universal joints and drive shafts operating at various angles.
Even when the input driveshaft rotates at constant speed, the output driveshaft maintains a variable speed depending on the angle between them, which causes vibrations and wear over time. The higher the angle between the shafts, the more amplified the effect is.
