HVAC Electrical Diagnostics Training System
The HVAC Electric Diagnostics Training Simulator is a tabletop training system designed for HVAC training programs to teach schematic reading and needed hands-on diagnostic skills. Users can simulate real-world scenarios by measuring voltage, resistance, and microamps at over 60 points using a multimeter, working with an interactive schematic instead of live equipment.
Featuring 32 fault conditions (16 heating, 16 cooling), the simulator mimics issues like open compressor windings and dirty flame sensors. Models are available for different HVAC brands, including Carrier, Bryant, and ICP systems, in both physical and digital formats.
