  • Fuel Injection & Engine Management Trainer

    The ConsuLab EM-330-1 Fuel Injection and Engine Management Trainer functions as in a real automobile, but uses non-flammable fluid instead of gasoline for safety and educational purposes. The trainer is used to teach and demonstrate engine management systems in a vehicle. The advantage to the trainer comes in the fact that it produces no exhaust, will fit through virtually any doorway, has adjustable inputs and is the actual system used on the vehicle.

  • GM Ecotec 2.2L Engine Trainer

    The ConsuLab EM-140 engine performance trainer is a fully operational engine mounted on a mobile stand. Trainer is based on 2007 and newer GM ECOTEC 2.2L global engine platform. The trainer is easy to work on and all major components, wiring and connectors match OEM configuration. Trainer is mounted on a mobile stand constructed of 2” (5cm2) tubular steel equipped with four 5” phenol casters (2-fixed and 2-swivel w/locks). Students can perform many NATEF related Engine Performance and Electrical/Electronic tasks using this trainer. Trainer is equipped with safety guards covering all rotating components.

    The ConsuLab EM-140 engine performance trainer with HVAC is a fully operational engine mounted on a mobile stand. Trainer is based on 2009-2010 and newer GM ECOTEC 2.2L global engine platform. The trainer is easy to work on and all major components, wiring and connectors match OEM configuration. Trainer is mounted on a mobile stand constructed of 2” tubular steel equipped with four 5” phenol casters (2-fixed and 2-swivel w/locks). Students can perform many ASE Education Foundation related Engine Performance and Electrical/Electronic tasks using this trainer.
